1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on PrimeLabs. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All products are digital goods. Product descriptions, requirements and version information are shown on each product page. Please review them carefully before purchasing.
3. Payment and checkout
Payments are processed by our commerce partner SellAuth. We do not receive or store your payment card or wallet details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically after the payment has been confirmed. The delivery information is available on your SellAuth invoice page, linked in your order confirmation email and your account dashboard.
5. Refunds
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a product does not work as described, please open a support ticket and we will review your case individually.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, share or redistribute purchased products unless the product description explicitly allows it. Accounts involved in fraud or chargeback abuse may be suspended.
7. Liability
Products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products.
